Working on the information architecture project for the TELUS Business website, I helped out the team by doing a content audit of existing Telus.com Business pages, updating written content on the pages, and conducting a complete analysis with insights for the IA tree testing results driving decision-making. We segmented the website into Small Business vs. Medium & Large Business, and organized the navigation and content hierarchy on the pages.
