On the My TELUS Overview page, TELUS hosted internal offers that appeal to existing customers. I worked closely with marketing stakeholders, developers, product owners, and designers on the entire process from writing the offers to uploading them in our content management system. The offers I wrote led to the highest conversion rates on My TELUS to date.
