As a UX writer, I worked on the Overview product page providing quality content and a seamless user experience for existing TELUS customers logging into their TELUS account. Collaborating closely with developers, designers, product owners, and analytics I crafted copy for the headlines, CTA's, alerts, error copy, notifications, offers and promotions, as well as influenced content hierarchy for the Overview page.
